At Ride Nation E-Bikes, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric bikes, scooters, and accessories, along with exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a transparent and fair refund and return policy. Please review the information below to understand your rights and responsibilities as a customer.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, parts, and tools.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be free from signs of wear, dirt, damage, or any modifications.

We reserve the right to deny a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria.

Items That Are Not Returnable

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or modified.

  • Batteries that have been installed, used, or charged.

  • Items marked as clearance, final sale, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Customized or special-order products.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, or digital content.

Timeframe for Returns

All return requests must be made within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to your address, as indicated by the carrier tracking information.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@ridenationebikes.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number.

  • The item(s) you wish to return.

  • Reason for the return.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required shipping labels.

Please do not ship items back to us without obtaining authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed or refunded.

Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees

Unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part, the following conditions apply:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied to cover handling and inspection.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Ride Nation E-Bikes is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refund times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Refunds may be reduced by any applicable fees, including but not limited to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Restocking fees

  • Damages or missing components not covered under warranty

If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different model, size, or color, you must initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at support@ridenationebikes.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or defect

  • Your order number and contact information

We will assess the issue and, if confirmed, offer a suitable solution which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please keep all original packaging and shipping materials, as they may be required for return or insurance claims.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this window, cancellations may not be possible or may be subject to a cancellation fee.
